Ingredients

 

  • 900g of loin of venison, cut into four equal pieces

  • 2 tsp beef dripping, or vegetable oil

  • sea salt

  • 1 sprig of rosemary

  • 2 tsp redcurrant jelly

  • 75ml of red wine
