Our bacon is crafted using traditional curing methods to deliver exceptional flavour and quality. Carefully selected cuts of pork belly are dry cured with a balanced blend of salt and seasonings for roughly 24 hours.
Once cured, the bacon is gently smoked over natural oak wood chippings, giving it a delicate smoky flavour, for you to enjoy.
